INSPIRING THE NEXT GENERATION OF ‘GENIUS’
Einstein Legacy Project

To celebrate the centennial of Einstein’s theory of Relativity I had the opportunity to work with Rami Kleinmann to co-found the Einstein Legacy Project. Our mission: to identify and support young innovators and entrepreneurs from around the world, particularly from underserved communities, and help them bring their ideas to fruition. In the process, we partnered with the European Space Agency and NASA, and later created the world’s first 3D Printed book, Genius 100 Visions, featuring essays from 100 of the brightest minds on the planet.

HELPING CONFLICTED TEENS FIND PEACE

Between 2005-2008, I co-directed a peace program for embattled Palestinian and Israeli teenagers. Together with our diverse team we developed a program that empowered young people from both sides of the conflict’s divide to find common ground, learn how to dialogue and communicate more effectively, and develop their leadership skills. EMPOWERING MARGINALIZED INDIVIDUALS
Street Academy

The Ve’ahavta Street Academy is a powerful 9–week education program that provides homeless and marginalized individuals with the tools, mentorship and resources to get out of the cycle of poverty and off the streets. I’m proud to have served as an instructor with the Street Academy since its inception in 2010.
